How NPPSC protects builder privacy and handles data

Launch updates and support messages

Launch signup stores your email separately from builder accounts, together with confirmation, consent, source, unsubscribe, and registration-matching records. We email launch news, new features, and occasional updates only after confirmation. Every campaign includes an unsubscribe link. Registering with the same email archives that launch subscription and stops pending launch campaigns; account notifications are managed separately.

Support forms store your name, email, message, replies, and request status so administrators can respond. Contacting support does not subscribe you to campaigns. A private conversation link lets you read and add replies; anyone with that link can access the conversation, so keep it private. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect public submissions, and short-lived hashed rate-limit records help prevent abuse.

Email delivery and existing email open/click tracking may be recorded. Unsubscribe and conversion records are retained to prevent further campaign delivery and understand launch signups. Contact support for help with your information.

  • Clicks on NPPSC short URLs
  • Build interactions
  • Search queries
  • Anonymous or logged-in session IDs

This information helps NPPSC surface useful content and improve builder discovery.

2.3 Technical Information

Collected for security and performance:

  • Browser type
  • Device type
  • IP address
  • Referrer (where the builder came from)

3. What NPPSC Does Not Collect

NPPSC does not:

  • Use third-party cookies
  • Track builders across other websites
  • Collect external browsing history
  • Build behavioral profiles outside NPPSC
  • Sell or share builder data with advertisers

NPPSC is a platform for builders, not an ad network.
