Kitchen Plumbing Diagram
This page provides an ASCII schematic of the kitchen plumbing system.
It shows how cold and hot water reach the kitchen sink, how the sink drains into its dedicated grey tank,
and how the kitchen connects to the larger plumbing system centered in the bathroom and garage.

Cold Water Flow
Cold water originates at the 50‑gallon fresh tank in the bathroom and is pressurized by the 12V pump.
A long PEX run delivers cold water to the kitchen sink.
- 50‑gal tank → pump → cold PEX → kitchen sink
- Shutoff valve installed under the sink for service
Hot Water Flow
Hot water is supplied from the hot water heater in the garage.
Hot PEX lines run upward into the bathroom and forward to the kitchen.
- Cold PEX → heater (garage)
- Heater → hot PEX → kitchen sink
- Insulated PEX recommended due to distance
Grey Water Flow
The kitchen sink drains into its own dedicated grey tank, separate from the bathroom grey system.
- Sink → P‑trap → short drain run → grey tank inlet
- 10–15 gallon tank mounted under the trailer
- Tank vent line + AAV under sink
- Hose outlet for campsite discharge
System Summary
The kitchen plumbing system is simple and self‑contained.
Cold water and hot water are supplied from the bathroom and garage, while grey water drains into a dedicated under‑floor tank.
This separation keeps the kitchen independent from the bathroom grey system and simplifies routing.
- Cold Water: bathroom tank → pump → kitchen sink
- Hot Water: garage heater → kitchen sink
- Grey Water: kitchen sink → dedicated 10–15 gal tank
As the build progresses, this diagram will be updated with final sink selection, tank size, and installation photos.
