Passenger Side Plumbing Diagram

Passenger Side Plumbing Diagram

The passenger side of the CTC includes an exterior water outlet point for rinsing, cleaning, and general utility use.
This page provides a visual overview of the passenger side plumbing layout, showing how the cold (and optional hot) water lines route from the interior manifold to the exterior outlet.
This diagram supports the Passenger Side Plumbing Plan and the overall Plumbing Master Diagram.

Passenger Side Plumbing Overview

The passenger side plumbing is designed to provide convenient outdoor access to pressurized water without entering the trailer.
This is ideal for outdoor cooking, washing hands, cleaning tools, rinsing gear, or filling containers.
The layout is simple, reliable, and built around a single exterior outlet point.

  • Exterior water outlet port mounted on the passenger side wall
  • Cold water feed from the bathroom manifold
  • Optional hot water feed if outdoor hot water is desired
  • Interior shutoff valves for winterization and service
  • Protected routing through interior cavities

Key Components on the Passenger Side

  • Exterior Water Outlet Port: A hose‑style or quick‑connect port for outdoor water access.
  • Cold Water Line: Routed from the bathroom manifold to the exterior outlet.
  • Optional Hot Water Line: Routed from the hot water manifold if outdoor hot water is desired.
  • Interior Shutoff Valves: Allow isolation of the exterior outlet during winterization.
  • Backflow Protection: Prevents contamination of the fresh water system.
  • Optional Access Panel: For servicing the outlet and shutoff valves.

Routing & Installation Notes

The passenger side plumbing routing is designed for reliability, freeze protection, and ease of service.

  • Interior routing keeps lines protected from freezing.
  • Short, direct runs minimize pressure loss and simplify installation.
  • Shutoff valves installed inside the bathroom or hallway for easy access.
  • Backflow prevention installed at or near the outlet port.
  • Optional mixing valve if hot water is added.
  • Secure mounting of the exterior port to structural framing.
