The bathroom in our CTC build is designed to be compact, functional, and easy to maintain while still feeling comfortable for everyday use.
This space brings together the shower, toilet, sink, washer/dryer combo, and a 50-gallon fresh water tank in a tightly planned layout.

Bathroom Features

Based on the current 2D layout, the bathroom includes the following core components:

Shower
Toilet
Sink
50-gallon fresh water tank
Washer/Dryer combo

These items are all called out in your plan, for example:

Components

Layout Notes

The bathroom layout groups the shower, toilet, sink, washer/dryer combo, and 50-gallon tank within a footprint that measures approximately
6′ 7″ in length, with key clearances like 1′ 10″ and 2′ 6″ called out in the plan.
The washer/dryer combo and 50-gallon tank share the same zone, with the sink and toilet positioned to maintain usable floor space and access to the shower.
