Office
The office area of our CTC build serves as a multi‑purpose workspace, media space, and access point to the enclosed garage compartment.
This room includes a fold‑down table, a 55″ television, a Blueridge indoor air handler, and a wardrobe closet that sits directly above the garage.
Office Features
Based on the 3D and 2D layout views, the office includes:
- 55″ Television
- Blueridge Indoor Air Handler
- Fold‑down table
- 40″ × 38″ wardrobe closet
- Interior access panel to the garage
These items appear throughout the document, including the listings:
“· 55″ Television”, “· Blueridge Indoor Air Handler”,
“· Fold down table”, and “· 40″x38″ Wardrobe Closet” in the 3D and 2D views.
The 2D layout also shows a key dimension of 6‘ 4 1/4″.

Garage Integration
Although the garage is accessed primarily from the driver side exterior, it is fully enclosed within the trailer’s footprint and sits directly beneath the wardrobe closet.
The office includes an interior access panel for servicing equipment inside the garage.
The garage houses the Blueridge Outdoor Condenser for the ductless mini‑split system, which feeds the indoor air handlers located in both the kitchen and the office.
This relationship is shown clearly in the document, where the 3D driver‑side view lists:
“· Garage”, “· Blueridge Outdoor Condenser (sits inside the garage)”, and
“· 40″x38″ Wardrobe Closet” with the note that the wardrobe sits on top of the garage.

Inspiration
The decision to mount the outdoor condenser inside a dedicated garage compartment—rather than on the front of the V‑nose—was inspired by a build walkthrough that demonstrates this exact approach.

Layout Notes
The office layout places the fold‑down table beneath the 55″ television, with the indoor air handler mounted on the wall above.
The wardrobe closet sits at the rear of the office, directly above the garage, and is accessible from both inside and outside the trailer.
As the build progresses, this page will expand to include cabinetry, electrical routing, ventilation details for the condenser compartment, and final installation photos.
